- Tim is an independent consultant based in Italy.
- Since 1987, Tim has managed, led and taken key role responsibility for many projects involving the analysis and implementation of sophisticated software solutions in operations where the processing, reconciliation and management of cash media represents a critical business process.
- Specifically Tim has worked with senior executives to develop business and project plans acting as a primary interface between the technical, operational and supplier entities to ensure on time delivery and provide visibility on key milestones.
- A key aspect of his technical expertise is the recognition of the application logic to support process logic.
Professional Expertise:
- In 1987 Tim joined a company providing simple PC based cash processing systems designed release labor and improve accuracy. With the advent of Microsoft Windows, Tim subsequently established his own software business creating one of the first Windows based integrated cash processing solutions applicable to a broad sector of industries. This led to the release of an original reconciliation engine and the application of workflow tools to improve discrepancy management and investigation.
- Tim can call upon experience gained throughout active projects in Europe and North America in the retail, banking and security sectors and has particular experience in the integration of hardware, i.e. hi-speed sorters, currency counters, check encoders and other similar devices to software applications.
- Tim is an innovative thinker and problem solver working at the practical hands on level.
